Poetry is a path to tell a story, reveal emotions, and investigate the deeper meaning of life. Victoria Mary Fach delves into these themes in her poetry and from another perspective in her non-fiction book. The insights and language in these books are both inspirational and captivating.
Victoria Mary Fach grew up in Texas and Oklahoma. She married her childhood sweetheart and they spent a decade on the East Coast, followed by a move to California where they raised their 6 children. Since her husband's death, she has devoted her time to her children, two dozen grandchildren, and her writing, as well as Southern California's year-round gardening.
Most people relocate at some point in their lives. As much as they might have desired the move, the place they left has planted roots in their minds and hearts and no matter how they come to love their new homes, they often still see them through the frames of the places they left behind. In our green visions is a poetic cross-continental journey, a transplanting from East to West, captured by the poet, where adaptation and wisdom grow, along with the realization that wherever we live, we are always still sojourners far from our permanent home
When her husband died after 38 amazing years of marriage, she decided to write down the most important things they learned so others could benefit. These ideas can help individuals looking for a marriage partner, dating and engaged couples, and those who are married, to divorce-proof their marriages. Read this book, and take the first steps to live a romantic, passionate, and committed marriage for the rest of your life.
Stringing the Bow presents a panorama of falling in love, marriage, children, her husband's terminal illness, and the threshold she had to cross into a radically different life without the one who had been her focal point for 38 years.
Stringing the Bow will resonate with readers who have lost those they love, highlights the importance of showing our love to those who are with us now, and reveals the road to healing, redemption, and mission.
